1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile and desktop application “1 on 1” (the App) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

The App is designed to help you manage one-on-one conversations with team members, including notes, optional evaluation dimensions and scores, reports, and an optional Home Screen widget.

2. Information the App Processes

The App processes information you enter or generate while using it, including:

• Profile and roster data: names or labels you assign to people you meet with.
• Session data: dates, draft/conducted status, note lines, polarity labels, links to evaluation dimensions, and numeric scores you choose to enter.
• Evaluation taxonomy: titles and structure of dimension categories and items you configure.
• Widget-related selections: which session’s content you choose to surface on the Home Screen widget (stored locally for widget display).

We do not require you to create an account inside the App. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as health data through dedicated APIs.

3. Local Storage

By default, your information is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage mechanisms (including Core Data). It remains on your device unless you enable cloud features described below or export/back up data yourself outside the App.
